Add lines to /etc/apt/apt.conf
For Example:
Acquire::https::nvidia.github.io::Verify-Peer "false";
Acquire::https:: developer.download.nvidia.com::Verify-Peer "false";

Compress file

tat -cvf xx.tar ./xxx
./xxx : source folder.
xx.tar : The name of compressed file.
